Membership continues month-to-month after the initial 3-month commitment. Monthly and quarterly complimentary benefits do not roll over and have no cash value. Annual gifts are available after 12 consecutive months of active membership. Member savings cannot be combined with other promotions.
Membership Terms
- Membership fees are banked as treatment credits and may be applied toward eligible services and products at Maven Aesthetics Studio.
- A minimum 3-month commitment is required for all memberships.
- Following the initial 3-month term, memberships will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis unless canceled.
- A 30-day written notice is required to cancel after the initial commitment period has been fulfilled.
- Membership credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value.
- Discounts cannot be combined with other offers, package pricing, or promotional pricing.
- HydraFacial discounts are valid for one treatment every other month while the membership remains active.
- Facial Balancing discounts apply to eligible filler treatments performed at Maven Aesthetics Studio.
- Membership benefits are reserved exclusively for the enrolled member.
