Hi, I'm Meika
I’m Meika Mirabelli, JD, FNP-C — a Florida-licensed attorney, autonomous nurse practitioner, aesthetic injector, and clinic owner.
I entered aesthetics in 2018 and built my career from injector to practice owner while navigating the same questions many new injectors face: How do I get started? How do I protect myself? How do I get hired? And what do I actually need to know before opening a business?
My background gives me a perspective that’s different from most aesthetics educators. I understand this industry through both a clinical and legal lens—from patient safety and scope of practice to contracts, business structure, compliance, and practice ownership.
I created Injector Launch Lab to give new and aspiring injectors the education, tools, and direction I wish more providers had before entering the industry.
