TRAINING INQUIRY

You must be a medically licensed/insured (MD, DO, DDS, NP, PA) in the state of Florida (or NP in a compact state) to register for any of our training programs. Registered nurses cannot, under any circumstances receive any training by our trainer in Florida. However, if you reside in a compact nursing state, we can training you in your state.

Select your desired course below and submit your license affiliation, license number and state, and, copy of malpractice/liability insurance and after verification, we will email a link to register and secure your requested training.
